FAQ
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Generally, we ask that guests be at least 9 or 10 years old. However, we’ve made exceptions for guests as young as 5 years old. Basic reading proficiency highly recommended.
Do we need to book in advance?
For party packages we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. But you can also book same-day if there is availability.
Can we try this out before we decide?
ABSOLUTELY! Give us a call or shoot us an email to set up an in-person visit to demo our games and experiences!
Do parents need to stay and chaperone?
If children are under 16 we ask that at least one parent stay with the party at all times. If multiple parents want to hang around for the party there is no extra charge! We encourage it!
Can we get the place to ourselves?
Yes, that comes standard with every party! The staple of a good party is exclusivity.
What if I have some special requests for the party and set-up?
We will always do our best to accommodate you and your guests! Just email us at hello@voxelvrp.com with any questions/ requests.
What kind of pizza and cake if we add them to our package?
While your Party Package allows for you to bring in your own food and drinks, sometimes it is easier to just let us take care of those details. The cake is a quarter-sheet (chocolate or vanilla) and can be personalized with a custom message. 3 large Dominos pizzas.
These packages don’t fit my needs. Can I book a special package?
